This charming 57m² house welcomes you with its private swimming pool, landscaped garden and sunny terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors.

The open-plan, modern and fully equipped kitchen is designed for sharing great moments together: induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, NESPRESSO coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, allowing you to cook just like at home.
The living room with flat-screen TV opens directly onto the terrace, the landscaped garden and the private pool, the true heart of the house.

On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and a shower room with a separate adjoining WC.

Upstairs, the attic-style mezzanine leads to two additional bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with two 90 cm single beds, ideal for children or friends.

Imagine your days filled with swimming in the pool, meals on the terrace, family barbecues and peaceful summer evenings…

No need to face the crowds — your private pool guarantees relaxation and fun in complete privacy.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.

Superbe maison

Une maison avec une propreté à notre arrivée irréprochable vous pouvez rentrez votre véhicule à l’intérieur de la propriété une piscine impeccable le seul bémol la circulation le matin ( ou les 2 chambres à l’étage donnent devant mais ça vous n’y pouvez rien ) Et la mini box wifi proposer en option par l’agence ne fonctionne pas ou très peu il faut proposer une vraie box en option ( surtout si vous avez un ado de 15 ans ) et enlever le canal satellite qui a un abonnement mensuel pour les propriétaires donc laisser la tnt qui a mon sens est suffisante pour les vacances et mettre une vraie box à la place . Je tiens aussi à préciser qu’il y a tout ( vaisselle équipement de cuisine et barbecue)et beaucoup plus que dans certaines locations que j’ai faite je recommande absolument ce bien .

Bien dans l’ensemble

Cadre agréable, très bel extérieur tout équipé avec une superbe piscine, un barbecue et jardin, le tout bien entretenu. Dommage que l’intérieur soit aussi vétuste et souffre de mauvaises odeurs entre l’humidité des lieux et les remontées des canalisations dans la salle de bain.
