The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this studio for rent in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, less than a kilometer from the beach, with a surface area of 30 m² and accommodating up to 2 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, a sleeping area, and a bathroom (with bathtub).  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
\- A living room with TV, sofa, and sleeping area (with 1 double bed (5'3“×6'3”))  
\- A fully equipped kitchenette with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, and dining area  
\- A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet  
  
The studio is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and the market.  
  
Transport:  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the studio's private car park (one private space).
