It features a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 3,400 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises \- A 60 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not supplied), sofas and dining area. \- A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... \- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) \- Bedroom 2: with 1 king-size bed (180×200) \- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds \- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC \- Powder room with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron. The house is ideally located in Saint-Astier, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 3 vehicles).
