"Only one check in staff was friendly to begin with. OTHERS had no smile on thier faces. The bed was extremely noisy even when you sat on it. They sent a maintenance guy to check it out and he admitted that the bed was broken. I kindly asked to change room but they said they were at full capacity ..."
