Basic, but good value for location. It’s very close to the trainline, but you can’t really hear it with the windows shut - it was a little noisy with the windows open but they provide fans and even ear plugs!
Room was clean and a good size, but the room we had had a disabled wet room which had a very medical feel and smell to it! Bit odd, but absolutely fine for a stop over for a night!

Very hard to find the property, but nice enough once you get there. No A/C, but nice fan in the room. Clean bathrooms and decent beds.

We chose the hotel mainly because of the pool for our daughter. On the spot we were briefly informed that it was closed. Considering really hot weather it was disappointing. The rest was OK including kind stuff but an unnecessary detour outside Le Mans.
