Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!  
  
The flat is composed as follows  
\- 20 m² living room with TV and double sofa bed  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.  
\- The bedroom, equipped with a double bed (140×190), is located just off the living room, in a row.  
\- The bathroom, with shower and WC, adjoins the bedroom.  
  
The flat is ideally located in Saint-André-les-Vergers, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

\- Approx. 5 minutes by car: Complexe Sportif Henri Terré (Troyes)   
\- About 10 minutes by car: Maison de l'Outil et de la Pensée Ouvrière, Musée d'Art Moderne, Parc des Moulins, Escapade shopping center and downtown Troyes  
\- Approx. 30 minutes away: Circuit des Églises à Pans de Bois (Troyes and surrounding area)
