Water heater and electricity by solar panels, wood stove (wood included). Large plot on two flat levels around the chalet. Pleasant landscaped outdoor area. A traditional mountain chalet nestled in nature, in the heart of the Maurienne valley, in a preserved area. With its mountain charm and authenticity, this haven of peace welcomes you into a warm atmosphere, with the typical character of Savoyard chalets.
