Discover the Bocage Vendéen during your stay in this cottage, via Lake Tricherie (5.6 km) and its Tépacap Vendée treetop adventure park, the town of Les Herbiers (14 km), Mont des Alouettes, or the famous Puy du Fou (27 km). Close to the village of Saint-Fulgent (supermarket 5 km, swimming pool 6 km), this accommodation also allows you to visit the town of La Roche-sur-Yon (30 km). This apartment, located on the upper floor of the owner's home, consists of a separate entrance hall on the ground floor, and upstairs, a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms each equipped with a double bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. From the first bedroom, you will have access to a 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.  
  
A parking space is reserved for you opposite the gîte entrance.  
  
The house is located along the D137.  
  
All-inclusive rate (heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, and towels).  
Additional charge for professionals: End-of-stay cleaning: €50/stay.
