Upstairs, the mezzanine offers a sleeping area with a 140 cm double bed, a desk area, and easy access to the bathroom with shower and toilet. Two additional toilets complete the layout for optimal comfort. The cottage benefits from central heating, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and numerous amenities designed for a carefree stay. Outside, a private enclosed garden of 55 m² extends the living space, with a terrace, barbecue, and free access to the entire 9-hectare property. Staying at Gîte La Bruyère aux Lamas means immersing yourself in the heart of a vibrant and welcoming region. From the holiday home, hiking and mountain biking trails lead directly to the vineyards, forests, and panoramic views of the Côte Roannaise. Wine lovers will appreciate meeting local winemakers and tasting Gamay, while charming villages, markets, and excellent restaurants enhance excursions around Roanne.
