Comfortable holiday home with private pool

Luxury villa in Saint-Ambroix, France with 6 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 12 people. The soothing property with a private pool and Boules court is ideal for groups. The villa has a traditional stone bastide with all modern comforts.

With a convenient location, general supplies and restaurants are available in just 1.2 km and the town centre is 2 km. Given the convenient surroundings, the property can be great for a lovely stay with groups.

The child-friendly property comes with amenities like; a Boules court, Table Tennis court, private swimming pool, terrace and garden with barbecue facility and much more. It is an ideal spot for a holiday with a cosy vacation vibe. The house is heated with a heat pump. This works fully automatically and it is, therefore, requested that you do not change any setting. In the colder periods, you can use a wood stove. Next to the house is enough parking for a few cars.

The nearest airport is just about 57 km away. The motorway is just 50 km.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, das Haus ist für große Gruppen gut geeignet. 6 Schlafzimmer, 6 Bäder. Ausstattung ist angemessen, Küche ist mit Geschirr und allem Anderen gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit des Hauses ist nicht sehr gut, alte Spinnenweben an den Decken und in den Ecken. Man sieht die Putzstreifen der Vorreinigung auf den Türen und den Wandflächen, z.B. in den Bädern. Auf der Terasse stehen Möbe, die teilweise Löcher in den Oberflächen haben. Geflochtene Optiken sind kaputt und löchrig! Ein Staubsauger der billigsten Kategorie ist vorhanden und wir haben keinen Besen gefunden. Handbesen und Kehrblech vorhanden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Marc Burgholte

Mooi huis in een rustige en groene omgeving. Een zeer vriendelijke beheerder. Wij hadden gebruik gemaakt van het linnen pakket (22,50€/pp). Er stond op de website en op het ticket dat bij aankomst de bedden opgemaakt zouden zijn. Dit was niet het geval. Er lag alleen een stapel lakens, kussenslopen, dekbedovertrekken, etc klaar, waarbij er voor een twee persoonsbed een één persoonslaken klaar lag. We hebben de bedden uiteindelijk zelf opgemaakt. Daarnaast deed de gas BBQ het niet en was er geen warm water. Na telefonisch contact met de beheerder, is deze alles wel netjes komen vervangen/herstellen.

Fantastische ontvangst door Christophe. Heel leuke en vriendelijke support. De Villa was prachtig en overtrof de verwachtingen. De buitenkeuken is echt een asset. Locatie was rustig. De ligging was voor ons iets te ver van het stadje , maar dat is vrij persoonlijk en voor anderen kn dit juist goed zijn. De omgeving is wel minder dan de Luberon waar we rees enkele keren waren. De enige reden om goed te scoren in plaats van fantastisch. Super vakantie gehad

We zijn in de late namiddag toegekomen in de villa en werden door Christoph zeer hartelijk ontvangen. Hij leidde ons rond in dit ongelooflijk knap vakantieverblijf dat tiptop in orde was zoals ook op de foto's te zien is. We voelden er ons onmiddellijk thuis. De weergoden waren ons zeer gunstig gezind en we hebben de hele week schitterend weer gehad. Onze vakantie kon niet meer stuk. Ook de overdracht van de sleutels is zeer vlot verlopen. Een echte aanrader!

Het was onze eerste vakantie met 3 kleine kinderen (< 2 jaar), maar deze is perfect verlopen. De accommodatie is er top. Zeer goede geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers, waardoor niemand last had van een wenend kindje, of zelfs donder en bliksem. Wij overwegen sterk om volgend jaar terug te gaan.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Prima huis, een geweldig omheind zwembad waar iedereen volop van genoten heeft. Mooi uitzicht en veel privacy.

Wij waren een groep van 6 jonge koppels en hebben deze reis zeer aangenaam ervaren. Bij aankomst werden wij door Christophe zeer goed ontvangen en kregen we een uitstekende rondleiding en de nodige info. Indien nodig konden we steeds op hem beroep doen, maar dit was in ons geval niet van toepassing. De villa was TOP klasse. Iedere kamer was voorzien van airco. Er was een groot terras, binnen- en buitenkeuken, aangenaam zwembad, voldoende badkamers, ruime garages, wasmachine , ... alles was aanwezig om er een prettige vakantie van te maken. Tip een extra parasol zou handig zijn. In de directe omgeving waren er 3 grote supermarkten. In de streek waren er genoeg uitstap mogelijkheden, al is dit steeds even rijden. Bij vertrek heeft Christophe alles vlot geregeld. Wij raden dit vakantiehuis zeker aan !!!

We kwamen eraan, er was wel klein probleem , daar mijn man rolstoelgebruiker was, en er trappen aanwezig waren in het hoofdgebouw, was dit een moeilijkheidspunt. maar we zijn prima geholpen door Christof de huisbewaarder die in een mum van tijd voor ons een overbrugging (ramp) gemaakt had, daar we dan zonder problemen het huis via de garage binnen konden Geen probleem was hem teveel , hij kwam iedere dag eens een kijkje nemen of alles ok was. wij vonden dat super, dat ze zo bezorgd waren Dikke pluim voor Cristof hoor!!!!!!! voor de rest is alles super verlopen, het was voor ons echt een luxe vakantie , rustgevend na een moeilijke periode in onze familie. w

Kind vriendelijk huis alleen ontbrak het aan faciliteiten voor kleine kinderen zoals een babybedje, kinderbad, kinderstoel. Verder heel goed geoutilleerd. Verder was in eerste instantie het huis moeilijk te vinden.
