(2,009 reviews) We recently stayed at this hotel and while the property has a cosy atmosphere, our overall experience did not fully meet five-star expectations. One of the highlights was the location, which was excellent and very convenient for our needs. However, the valet service was disappointing. After requesting our vehicle through the app in advance from our room, we waited approximately 25 minutes after arriving downstairs, which felt excessive for a hotel of this caliber. The bedroom experience was also affected by noticeable noise from the elevator, which could be heard throughout the day and night and impacted our comfort. In addition, the room lighting was limited, and the TV remote was not functioning properly. At checkout, the attendant apologized for the delay and offered to waive the valet parking fee. However, valet was already complimentary during our stay, so the gesture did not meaningfully resolve the issue. While the staff were professional, the overall welcome did not feel as attentive as we have experienced at other five-star properties. Went to front desk to let them know that we were potentially in someone else’s room and they said no it was changed, no apology or anything about the situation and kind of just dismissed me. Wouldn’t say I felt too welcomed by the staff there.
