"Nice very clean room. A little small but it had everything we needed. Shower was nice and powerful. Staff were of course, like all Japenese, incredibly polite. The best part was the free bar from about 5pm till I think 8pm in the lobby. We had a couple of sakis"

"The room was excellent, clean and so comfy. Staff very friendly. Didn't opt for breakfast as we liked to go out and experience the city at breakfast time. Room comes with air conditio ing which is a big plus!"

"I enjoyed the stay here. The room was small but thoughtfully designed so everything was there and easy to reach. Breakfast was quite good, the onsen was nice. Instead of a cotton yukata there were nylon pants and shirt which wasn't as nice but worked. The only drawback is that the hotel is on a pedestrian mall that caters to night life and doesn't really have nice restaurants or interesting shops, so finding a good meal was unsuccessful. But the 7/11 is down the block, so and buses and trams are steps away. The staff was incredibly helpful. Overall a good place to stay. "

"Excellent location and clean room, breakfast was nice too. Also wanted to give a shoutout to the wonderful hotel staff who promptly answered my email query about a makeup pouch i left there and sent it to my next hotel. Would stay there again if i have the opportunity to visit Matsuyama another time."

"This is a newer hotel right next to the iconic Dogo Onsen building. Super easy to don a yukata (included use with room) and go to the Dogo original which has been recently restored to it’s prior glory, and the Dogo annex which features a cool projection system to bring the bath tile murals to life. Breakfast is a wonderful Japanese menu served at the sushi restaurant on the first floor. With the street car station, both Dogo and the rest of what Matsuyama has to offer is within reach. "

"Didn't use the parking, and unfortunately the pool was under renovation while we were there (too bad, it looked awesome), but really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were excellent (super helpful, pleasant, and professional), rooms were clean and comfortable, Japanese restaurant was great, and central location was very convenient. "
