They prepared fresh omelets and fresh falafel for every guest, and everything tasted homemade and authentic. The chef, receptionists, managers, room attendants, truly every team member, were warm, friendly, and made me feel completely at home. Their hospitality really elevated my stay. They also helped organize tours for me, including the Pyramids, the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), and Alexandria, and every arrangement was smooth and professional. Airport pickup and drop-off service is great and very friendly. Communication was seamless. They were very responsive through WhatsApp and email, which made planning easy and stress-free. Since I was visiting from the USA, they even provided all the necessary documents and letters for my e-visa, which was a huge help. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. If you want comfort, incredible service, and the best pyramid views imaginable, this is the perfect place to stay."
