"Wonderful hotel not too far from downtown Seattle but also in a beautiful neighborhood. Kind of hard to find because of the lack of signage but once you do, they’ll accommodate your needs very well. Checked in late at night and was able to situate a room. Parking lot was easy to access and safe. The trash needed to be collected more often however."

"Kind and helpful staff. Garage parking filled up most nights so we still had to pay full pricing but parked in uncovered parking, seems like uncovered and open to the elements should be priced a little lower 😑 anyway good stay for the price."

"This was a great property for our large, extended family. There were ample bedrooms, enough space for us to not feel cramped, and the location was quiet while also being convenient to Seattle transit.The kitchen and dining spaces more than met our needs. There were comfortable couches to unwind as a group.The hosts were very clear with their communication (before and during our stay) and their expectations of us were stated plainly.The property was clean when we arrived and the laundry was a very nice bonus available to us after a long road trip from the East Coast.As an added bonus: our group included small children and there was a large room in the basement where they could safely play without fear of hurting themselves or anything in the house."

"This is our second time staying at this beautiful property on the lake. The location is extremely convenient to restaurants/stores but feels like it’s miles away from stress and worry. Sitting by the water is extremely relaxing, as well as gorgeous. The view of Mount Ranier in the distance is spectacular. We enjoyed using the paddle boards and taking advantage of evening dinners on the deck. Communication with the host is excellent. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying in the Seattle area."

"Here’s a polished version that keeps your enthusiasm while making it flow a bit more naturally.The Cottage is an amazing, tranquil gem! We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated all of the thoughtful extras, including the beach towels, kayaks, welcome basket, and more. The beds were exceptionally comfortable—even the pullout couch! The kitchenette is well stocked with everything needed to prepare a full meal, and the outdoor seating provides the perfect spot to enjoy dinner while taking in the beautiful surroundings.Bottom line: this property is impeccably maintained. It’s clear the hosts take great pride in creating a welcoming experience and have thought of every detail to ensure their guests feel at home.For outdoor enthusiasts, the location couldn’t be better. A walking, biking, and running trail is just steps from the front door, making it easy to get outside and enjoy the area.We travel to this area every other year, and we sincerely hope The Cottage is available for all of our future visits. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-appointed getaway."

"We loved staying at The Cottage. Don was extremely helpful in getting us settled.The location was wonderful. The Marymoor Village Station was 15 minutes up the road and it was so easy to take the light rail into Seattle. The lake was great and being able to take the kayaks and paddle boards out. My kids enjoyed that so much. We had the best time and would recommend the Cottage."
