Nice big House

Near to the beach have ( comunal pool ) the house well organise only one issue there was not hotwater the person encharge (Sonia ) try her best but technician cannot sorted the problem !! For the rest perfet holidays house

Everything was clean and nice, but the communication was only in spanish. It’s a five min walk to the beach. We would recommend to rent a car to get easy to Valencia and to go grocery shopping.

La casa estaba muy limpia y en perfectas condiciones. Dispone de calefacción y aire acondicionado, con lo que no hemos pasado nada de frío aun siendo invierno. Los propietarios han mostrado mucho interés en todo momento y han ayudado con lo que necesitabamos. Dispone de televisión con smart para poder ver youtube o cualquier otra cosa. La zona es ideal, está cerca del mar en una urbanización muy tranquila y agradable, con mucho sitio para aparcar. Totalmente recomendada, repetiremos!

Todo ha ido bien. Hemos viajado dos familias con niños y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Buen aire acondicionado, casa muy amplia, excepcionalmente cuidada, cocina muy bien equipada. Vacaciones en familia

Hemos estado cuatro adultos y tres niños, la casa es muy amplia y cómoda. Todo estaba muy limpio, echamos de falta algún utensilio de cocina pero por lo demás todo perfecto! Al lado de la playa, con piscina comunitaria y un restaurante al lado de casa muy recomendable.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir fahren nun seit vielen Jahren gemeinsam in den Urlaub (Familie) und haben einige Erfahrung mit Ferienhäusern. Das Haus ist gepflegt, sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Wenn, dann gibt es Kleinigkeiten in den einzelnen Details, welche aber am Gesamturteil wenig Einfluß haben. Kritikpunkte: - die direkten Nachbarn haben ständig viele Gäste im Haus und das hört man bis tief in die Nacht (3:00) - einige Matratzen sind sehr hart - Der Tisch auf der Terasse ist für max. 6 Persohnen geeignet. - In der Küche wären ein Paar zusätzliche Gegenstände wie scharfes Küchenmesser, Schneidebrett oder 4 Kanntreibe noch von Vorteil - Der Grill mit einem ordentlichen Grillrost versehen werden. Die Überwiegenden positiven Aspekte: - Die Hausverwaltung ist super und sehr hilfsbereit. - Mängel oder auftretende Defekte, werden umgehend repariert - Der Pool in der Anlage - Das Haus ist so geräumig, daß man sich selbst bei schlechtem Wetter dort gut aufhalten könnte (wir hatten kein schlechtes Wetter) - sehr gut zu klimatisieren - genügend Platz im Außenbereich - Die Lage zum Meer (schnell mal rüberlaufen, reinspringen und zurück zur eigenen Gartendusche) - die Sauberkeit - Markisen in alle Richtungen - Stauraum für Koffer im Keller/Garage - Trotz der Nachbarn ist das Wohnviertel ruhig und es gibt keine "Tagestouristen" die zum Strand wollen etc. Kurz um, einen so wundervollen Aufenthalt hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr.

Villa adecuada para una buena estancia.

Recepción muy buena por parte de Sonia. La villa tiene de todo tanto en cocina como en las habitaciones. Comedor amplio para ocho personas, jardín y terraza bien acondicionados. La calefacción estupenda, ya que estuvimos en Fin de Año. Un detalle muy bonito por parte de Sonia, que nos dejó salir un poco más tarde de la hora acordada. Por poner un pero, falta de cómodas en alguna habitación.

Maison sympa avec piscine commune très bien. A deux minutes de la mer !!! Deux restaurants et un cabinet médical à 200 mètres. Nous étions dans voiture et avons pris régulièrement le bus quand il respectait ses horaires… leur fonctionnement reste un mystère.

Estancia con niños

La casa en general está muy bien, cumple las espectativas. La playa está muy cerca y está bien, apenas hay gente, pero ojo, es de piedras. Interesante llevar escarpines. De la casa hemos echado de menos más espacio para poder dejar las cosas en los baños. También algo para apoyar la parrilla de la barbacoa (lo solucionamos con unas piedras). La zona es muy tranquila, todo lleno de chalets y algún que otro mosquito!! Destacar el trato con Sonia, siempre atenta a las preguntas que le hacíamos, muchas gracias.

Un sitio estupendo para relajarse unos dias

Hemos estado muy cómodos los días que hemos pasado en este alojamiento. El trato y la atención por parte de Sonia han sido estupendos. Tanto antes de llegar como en el momento de vernos a la llegada y a la salida. El alojamiento es tal y como se describe, todo está cuidado, los espacios son amplios y todo funciona correctamente. La casa está a 2 minutos escasos caminando a la playa más cercanas que es de piedras, a 5 minutos en coche se puede ir a otra playa que si es de arena. Ambas playas son limpias y amplias. Cosas destacables La ubicación cercana a la playa en una zona tranquila. Amplitud del alojamiento y comodidad al estar allí. Habitaciones amplias con espacio para guardar la ropa, baño en las dos plantas y un espacio diáfano en el sótano ideal para siestas de verano y para que los más pequeños puedan jugar con total comodidad. Amabilidad y trato de Sonia, la persona con la que gestionamos el alojamiento. Cosas a mejorar Aumentar numero de sillas. En el salón hay solo 4 sillas y en la terraza hay 6. En una casa pensada para 8/10 personas es insuficiente. Comimos primero los niños y luego los adultos. Mejorar equipamiento de barbacoa. No había parrilla o utensilios para poder hacerla. Cafetera. Sólo había una cafetera individual que en una casa con muchas personas no es práctica. Todas estas cuestiones las comenté con Sonia y ya me dijo que lo solucionarían para mejorar la estancia de futuros inquilinos. En definitiva. Sitio muy recomendable, zona tranquila en la época en la que fuimos y cercana para visitar Valencia y Sagunto.
