#### Very nice stay near Valencia
We spent a nice time in Port de Sagunto. It's a good place for staying a bit calm out of the city but still having the possibility to visit Valencia. The beach is nice and you find everything useful as cafés, supermarkets and shopping stores nearby. The flat is simple and the owner is very very nice. You can contact him with any kind of issue! He helped us a lot and was very easy-going! There is a bus connection but it's not really practical and Uber or taxis are very expensive to use for a city trip. Renting a motorbike or a car, or use your own car would be the best probably.

We booked this property to be near Sagunto Adventist Campus because our daughter was there on a student exchange. We needed 3 bedrooms to accommodate two other children and ourselves. We had good communication with Fernando for several weeks leading up to the trip and on the day of our trip had very good communication. Since there was only one review I feel it is important to give some detail. The Apartmemt is on the 4th floor and there is a small elevator if needed. We visited during a very hot time and essentially there are floor fans and one door unit dehumidifier/ac unit that only keeps the main kitchen and living area slightly cool. It is no where enough for the rest of the unit to be even remotely comfortable. Although we had 3 bedrooms we all took our bedroom mattresses and put them on the floor in the kitchen and living room area just to survive the heat. This should be noted if you stay there during the summer which I would not advise. The kitchen had very minimal stuff and there was absolutely nothing like seasonings, salt and pepper and or a tea/coffee. This is very common in VRBOs and would have been nice to have as a touch of homeyness. We were only given 4 towels and 4 hand towels in the whole unit for a 6 day stay. They were falling apart and small. There was no beach towels and really it felt like it was an after thought. I have never stayed anywhere where you couldn’t find additonal linens if you need them. The sheets were basic as well as the beds. Nothing special Parking: We managed to find street parking within several blocks each day and night. So be prepared to walk and find parking as there is no designation for parking. There is a washing machine and it works very slowly. It takes about 4 hours to do one load and you have to dry your cloths outside on the clothsline. Lastly I think that the apartment is redone well and it was clean upon arrival. Given the extreme heat and lack of AC I would not stay there again. I was also charged an additional $180 for the children and felt that was not ok since the fans added to the bedrooms were not even helpful and we all slept in the living room. I do think that this week was unseasonably hot and high travel for tourism which affected availability of units and the price. I hope that we can return but would choose something different. Perhaps being an American My expectations are too high.

Me encantó que estuviera muy céntrico cerca de bancos tiendas bares supermercados transportes aunque puedes andar por el pueblo caminando ya que todo está cerca hasta la playa puedes ir caminando unos 20min ! Todo está muy limpio y el propietario súper atento nos permitió entrar antes de la hora ! Ya que habíamos llegado temprano al pueblo ?? 100% recomendado este alojamiento ?????
