### Luxury Fisherman’s House: 3BR, Modern Amenities, Near Puerto de Sagunto Beach
If you want to know what the traditional houses of Valencian fishermen were like a century ago, but you also want a modern and fully equipped home for your vacation, this is undoubtedly your best option.
The owner has maintained the essence of this house and all its artisanal Valencian ceramics from a century ago in a renovation that has turned it into a luxurious three-bedroom house (two double beds, one with a full dressing room, and the other with two single beds. The rooms are very spacious, two of them have spectacular windows and all have ample natural light, although they are perfectly isolated thanks to the modern carpentry. The living room is simply spectacular, thanks to the historical ceramics that adorn its walls, but modern. for its comfortable and functional furniture. The house has ducted air conditioning throughout the house, a high-speed fiber optic internet connection and a large Smart TV in the living room. The kitchen is independent but connected to the living room and with. exit from it to the delicious open interior terrace. A modern and complete bathroom with a shower with screen, completes the home.
And all this just 300 meters from the sand of one of the best beaches in the east. Puerto de Sagunto Beach is a great place from which to enjoy the coastline of this city so full of history, presided over by a magnificent castle and with a number of incredible vestiges from its Roman era.
Puerto de Sagunto Beach is a beach of very fine sand, more than a kilometer long, where the water is usually very clean and bordered by dunes. Its promenade gives it a very lively character! There you can find numerous restaurants where you can eat or refresh yourself.
On this beach you can enjoy sports and children's facilities, and its safety and leisure offer is truly complete: there you will find rescue, parking, showers and toilets, umbrellas and hammocks and places to rent equipment for excursions at sea, for example with paddle surfing, etc.
Another good news is that Puerto de Sagunto Beach has access designed for people with reduced mobility, and other services.
