### La Casa Alandí

 The house is located in the heart of Sagunto, with a free car park with several spaces. An ideal location to visit Valencia, 25 km from Valencia, stroll through its old town or visit the Roman remains of Sagunto and 10 min. of beautiful beaches.  
It is a recently renovated house with free private parking with several spaces and free Wi-Fi. The house features, balcony, insulation, air conditioning, 4 bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker, 2 bathrooms with bidet and hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.  
  
Very well communicated to visit Valencia, the City of Sciences, the Cathedral or Basilica of the Virgen de los Desamparados.  
It is also 900m from the commuter station or the Valencia North train station is 28 km from the house. The nearest airport is Valencia Airport, 33 km from Apartamento 1 La Casa Alandí.

We enjoyed our stay at this amazing place. Traveling as a group of 8 people, the apartment had everything we needed. It had lots of space and it was very convenient that there were two washrooms which is perfect for a bigger group.

Victor is very nice and helpfull.The flat is very pleasant and nice.Very modern kitchen with everything you need. We were very happy that the bed linen and towels were included. All clean. Maybe a suggestion concerning air condition ; would have been great to have a second one in the hall to refresh the bedrooms too.But overall the flat is great! I recommend.
