We reserved the hotel through Expedia on the way to Saginaw. When we arrived, they said they were oversold, and had been for weeks. At this point, I know this is not their issue, but Expedia's ...HOWEVER, the staff was pretty rude at the time of us trying to check in. I also get that, it was late and they'd been turning folks away all night. The true frustration is that this hotel is now saying we were a no show. Not true. Eventually it did get worked out, but with much more time and energy than it should have taken. I didn't stay there, don't take my money.
