The exterior is an oasis of natural and man made beauty with an expansive yard that abuts serene marshes, 2 levels of decks and an enclosed pool and patio area. The pool is easily accessed through a gate directly from the deck, making outdoor living both seamless and convenient. Enter through the front porch into the main level of living that includes a sparkling contemporary Kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances, and a spectacular Living Room with gas fireplace, built-ins and flat screen TV. Both rooms offer marsh views and access to the back deck, back yard and pool. The Dining area opens off the Kitchen, with additional seating at the counter top bar. All 4 Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor, accessed by a beautiful "Good Morning" stairway that lands onto a small loft area. 2 full Baths are off the 2nd floor hallway, and the Master Bedroom features a private Bath with a custom tiled jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The Bedroom with King bed has an additional entrance off the garage, perfect for a couple that might like extra privacy. Our stay was wonderful! Communication with property management was flawless and friendly. The area is quiet and private across from a quiet beach.
