LOVE that the very special, very quiet beach is only a 3-minute walk over a charming boardwalk through the dunes. We picked beach plums -- ask a local how to identify the ripe ones -- and made beach plum crisp, and took photos of all the lovely plants and flowers on the path. Delightful every day. The cottage is very comfy, tidy, and efficient -- though as with any rental I recommend bringing your own sharp knife and any other key utensils if you're picky when cooking.
