Moments from private beach

Light filled traditional home located moments to Sag Harbor Village shops and restaurants with private beach access and within one or two minutes drive to Sag Harbor public golf course. Offering 3,000 +/- sf of elegantly appointed living space, with four bedrooms, four full and once half bath. The foyer leads to open plan living spaces featuring living room with gas fireplace sitting area, den, kitchen with top appliances and dining room. French doors can be found in all principle rooms opening to a wraparound porch creating an essence of outdoor living. Second floor includes four generously sized en-suite bedrooms and the professionally manicured grounds are complete with patio for outdoor entertaining barbeque and spacious Jacuzzi. The house does not have a pool but the private community beach is only a short stroll away.

Great home

Central to everything we wanted to do in East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor. The house has four master bedrooms upstairs, which is super. And the owner could not be more helpful. We would stay here again.

Beach Avenue

Just spent 5 days at 49 Beach Avenue. The house is gorgeous!! The house is well furnished in every room. Kitchen was well- stocked. Beds and pillows were comfy!! The hot tub water was clean and ready to be used. Highly recommend this house. We will look to rent again. The host, Andreas replied quickly when I had a question.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house is in a quiet community with private beach access, but just a few minute's drive from the center of Sag Harbor. The house is beautifully decorated; the bedrooms are spacious; and the kitchen a joy to cook in. We were all adults, but there are separate living areas if older kids or teens wanted a space apart. We would happily stay there again!

Excellent location - just down the road from Sag Harbor its town, shops and markets. Great house in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Owner is fantastic and very easy to deal with. Strongly recommend this property!

Very clean, very good size for a family or group of friends, great location. If you are looking for an escape from the city, this is a fantastic property and location. The owner is always around to answer any questions or provide any help about the area. Will definitely stay again.

Great weekend spot!

There were 6 of us staying at this property (3 couples). We all had our own bathroom which is great. Great time and place was close to town. Andreas the owner thought of everything (had cookies and shared some of his wine without asking for $$). We replaced in nevertheless. Hot tub was nice as the nights could get slightly chilly. Chilled vibe and definitely encourage rentals for the summer. Clean and cozy with all the amenities you would want!
