Very clean. Well located. All amenities necessary. Just know that bedrooms have no windows but a small see-thru glass piece on the ceiling. That did not bother us for a short stay. The negative: Can't access with car, the road is so tight and there is always car parked blocking access resulting in at least 2 block or more walk both uphill and downhill with heavy bags from our trip. Our stay was made even less pleasant by a water outage which limited our ability to shower and by stairs that were literally not safe to walk on. We contacted the owner on WhatsApp but he just didn't care. Also, the unit comes without a hair dryer which was a problem for the female in my family having to go out in the winter with damp hairs.
