(395 reviews) Nice resort overall but the customer service could be improved. The spa facilities and sauna could do with better cleaning. In my partners Sauna and spa had a bad smell which affected that tranquil environment where she wasn’t able to relax. We enjoy the Japanese breakfast the quality was really good with a good variety of hot and cold options. The staff was also quite rude in the ski park and was not helpful or informative. Overall good experience but the positive points was not enough to cover some of the negatives.
