Property overall very nice. It is in a great location for walking or biking to Duvall St. or main areas of interest. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed in our room was very firm and not comfortable. Bed linens were thin and stiff. We booked a room with a private balcony area and other guests would sit right outside our room in our private space. Signage stating that area was private would be nice. Overall a great place to stay.

We loved this hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Jose, the Lobby Ambassador, went above and beyond to make sure we well taken care of. We would definitely go back.

We were not guaranteed ocean view rooms even though we booked that, but still ended up with a beautiful ocean view in the top floor. We had great access to Smathers Beach! Overall, I don’t think it was worth over $8k including plane tickets to go here for a week.
