Rooms were not clean. Dusty floors, showers and fixtures like lamps and table ( I had a suite) . The couch in the suite was horrible. The shower was broken so I had to rig it to use it. They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise ...

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
The staff was fantastic! I am visually impaired and the staff were extremely attentive, making certain I was safe and able to get a taxi when needed. I will definitely return for my next trip to NY.

Radio City Apartments
Excellent 2 bedroom apartment in centre of Midtown. Literally on the door step of Rockerfeller Centre, Times Square, and 5th Avenue - couldnt ask for a better location. Apartment was perfect - spacious with a kitchen.
