Perfect place to visit UC Davis!
So nice to be right across the street to visit my son at UC Davis. I was able to spend a week getting my work done while he was studying and then walking a block or two to get coffee, lunch and ice cream. The house was well appointed and had all the comforts of home. So lovely to sit outside on the front patio and still have privacy. Thank you for a great stay!

Spacious VRBO with great location
The place was larger than the pictures suggested and right on a corner close to Davis' downtown. Fantastic stay, albeit expensive with half the stay price in fees per night.

Great location and lovely condo
This condo was the perfect fit for our Davis visit. Everything was very clean, and the house was well-stocked with everything we could need plus a few extras. Plenty of room for our family of three, especially since the weather was delightful for sitting on the terrace. The location can’t be beat - just a few blocks to downtown Davis and most of the UC Davis campus. Would definitely come back!

Great Davis property
This was the perfect location and home for our visit. We’ll appointed, spacious and so convenient to campus. One of the best places vet ever rented. Host was responsive and accommodating. The check in process was simple. A great place!

Very nice place
Had no problems. Very nice place. Would stay again. You might want to check the washing machine. It makes a harsh clicking sound on the spin cycle as if something is loose or is about to break. It finished its cycle without issue; it just sounded like it might need looking at.

Great location. Comfortable place
This is a wonderful, centrally located place to stay. The UC Davis campus is across the street and downtown just a few blocks away. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and events on campus. The condo is comfortable and clean. The space works well for six adults. The owner is available and very responsive. It was a pleasure to work with her. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic
this condo has everything, the owner hasn’t missed anything that you would need for a comfortable stay. we were a party of six wand were extremely comfortable so many porches to chill out. Full kitchen, washer dryer, anything that you would need on a daily basis in your own home. This place is a MUST STAY, Close to anything that you need breakfast liquor store coffee brunch, lunch, dinners, pubs.

Very close to campus and downtown, a very positive plus. Car not needed.
What we liked: Great location. Tall fans upstairs really add a lot. Nice that the condo is spacious. Garage and parking permit are a good feature. Recommendations: These suggestions would help to provide an even better guest experience. Overall: Several windows need screens to enable there to be fresh air in the condo. Remove cobwebs to avoid a run-down look. Stair railing is sturdy and secure, but maybe a "watch your step" sign would be good to help prevent tripping on the stairs as they have bumpy edges. Other suggestions: Need a coffee pot for making more than one cup at a time for efficiency and convenience. The Keurig type provided only makes one cup at a time. Upstairs deck sliding glass door is locked and needs to have a screen to enable fresh air and use of the deck. Add more towel racks in upstairs bathroom. Provide a bath mat in downstairs bathroom. Tables, chairs, and umbrella on the front deck would be nice.

Perfect home away from home
We stayed 9 days and would stay here again. We often stay at VRBO’s when on a family vacation. What made this property exception were the small amenities which were included. Such as laundry pods, fabric softener, trash bags, toilette paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, basic spices, bathroom soap, dish soap, etc. These would normally cost us money and inconvenience. There is also private garage parking. High speed internet pulled 75-100Mbps. For CV-19 there was hand sanitizer provided. The owner allowed us to pull down the outdoor furniture from the garage and use it, which we gratefully did - and we respectfully put it back. The owner was very responsive and provided easy checkin / checkout procedures. Great location. The property is across the street from the Davis Camous and Pavillion walking trail. Downtown Davis is minutes away - Don’t drive, walk or bike. Black Bear Diner for breakfast? No problem - 1/2 block - don’t bother putting on a coat in my opinion. What would make this place better? A couple bikes in the garage for guest use. There are enough abandoned bikes on campus, give me a week and my tools and I would have done this for her. ;-)

Great Davis location
We very much enjoyed our stay in this clean, lovely home just across the street from the UC Davis campus and within easy walking distance of restaurants and stores. We took great advantage of all the wonderful biking in the area!

Excellent Experience
The place was very clean and simply, but nicely decorated. Cons: We had no hot water in the his and hers bathroom sinks upstairs and I felt uncomfortable that there was no window covering from the upstairs hall to the outside where it was easy for anyone to see in. Pros: perfectly located walking distance from downtown, two car garage with plenty of room for the cars and bikes if that’s your thing and a game room supplied with several board games which I though was a nice touch. The only reason I didn’t give the place 5 stars is that some of these property owners really go above and beyond and I think 5 star ratings should be reserves for those properties. I would refer this property to other as well as stay here again if I should ever need a place in Davis again.
