Can we have more time to check out and not at 11 in the morning? im literally paying the price of a 5 star hotel for an average room in eg w just coffee as “breakfast” at the so at that point I might as well be able to leave whenever tf i want. paid dn $40 for fees. The room service lady came earlier than 11 trying to come in while my husband wasn’t even fully dressed.

The staff were friendly and helpful and that’s where anything positive ended. I got into my room and the water was running from the bathroom tub faucet, not dripping… running, even though it was all the way in the off position. I could not get the TV to work and when I called the front desk she came to look at both, could not fix the bathroom issue but was able to get the TV to work by using a different outlet because apparently the one it was plugged into was not working. The room was dirty and kind of smelled like someone had smoked in it, the bathroom kind of looked like someone died in it which may have just been rust stains running down the walls from the moisture in the room since the water doesn’t turn off but either way, off putting. The “breakfast” was a mostly empty coffee cart with a single lonely fruit grain bar in otherwise empty baskets. (And it was 7am… not 9am when it should be available until.)

Hotel entrance could use a little cleaning checking in was good rooms had a mildew smell shower pressure horrible and the worst part breakfast included😡they should say cold discussing coffee hard muffins and a granola if this is what they call breakfast 😕

Room is outdated. Some lights were shorting out and one was completely off …carpet had smell to it ….blower in bathroom is super loud. Bed was hard with flat pillows which makes it hard to sleep .asked for extra pillows bit was told hotel was running short . Sofa recliner does not work properly….door was missing do no disturb sign ….ac unit is outdated and loud ….do not recommend staying at this hotel …

The room overall was ok but the guest above me was very liud and stomping. Made me feel lile they were coming through the ceiling. I called the front desk they apologized and said they would address it. Had to call a 2nd time and she said they never answered. She said she would go up to the door. Needless to say the noise never stopped and I shouldn't have to call a 3rd time. It was not worth my money to be sleepy the next morning. I told the lady at the front desk the next morning and she just apologized 3 more times. They did nothing to make things better or compensate me.

It was great. The front desk staff was helpful and polite. They didn’t seem bothered when guests had questions or needs. I was running late on the day I was to check out, and it was nice to not have someone at the door every 5 minutes seeing if I had left yet or not. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was convenient for me. It is in a safe neighborhood. The carpet is the hallway was rather dingy and depressing. Overall, the price was reasonable for a no frills place.
