If you are planning a large (30-40) bridal shower, there is plenty of seating and room to move about. The back deck is amazing for visiting and drinking a glass of wine. Several amenities were as described. The view was very pretty. Sunset was breathtaking and serene. There were several sitting areas. Being able to pick citrus off the trees in the morning to make fresh orange juice for mimosas was pretty awesome.Downside to the property was when we entered, it smelled like sewer. I did let the owner know that the septic tank might need some attention. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, which I promptly washed. There was also food left in the refrigerator and pantry area. I also let the owner know the kitchen was nicely stocked, but could really use some organization. The towels and linens could use an upgrade to truly make it 5 stars like they claim. When we got settled in the home and went to use the towels, I couldnt tell if they had been washed. They didnt smell clean, so i got more towels from the cabinet, which also smelled musty.The location was quite lovely. My son got married at a winery not too far up the road. I grew up in the area too just across the river, so the convenience of being able to go to the grocery stores and shopping were very nice to have. Spacious and very well furnished, and comfortable. The bridal party stayed the first night and we all had plenty of room to get ready, including a makeup artist and hairdresser. Families and friends stayed the second night. The property manager is VERY responsive to any questions. I highly recommend for a wine tasting weekend and there is a great BBQ set up on the patio not too mention a huge kitchen ##### Melinda N. The sunset was amazing especially with the vineyard in the backyard! We loved that we had enough space for everyone to spread out and was still able to mingle. The deck in the backyard was amazing! I just wish we were home more during the day to really enjoy the place...host was amazing and addressed concerns in timely manner. We had about 20 people and there was plenty of space for everyone to eat and relax. The grounds are really nice and the vineyards in the backyard make a great backdrop for pics.The check in process was easy and the property manager was responsive. There were some little issues with housecleaning. Almost like the cleaning was rushed and no one did a final check. Pieces of food on the counter and fridge, hair tie on the floor by the bed, no duvet cover (only the duvet) on the master bed, outdoor tables were dirty, outdoor table umbrellas were broken.The size of the kitchen was good and allowed a nice flow. However it was not well organized with a lot of random, mismatched items. Was missing some standard items like dishsoap, paper towels, dish cloths, measuring spoons etc. So just make sure you bring anything you may need if you are planning on cooking or baking. ##### Gail J.
