Weird check-in process. As soon as we entered the lobby, there was a sign directing us to a nearby video display. Immediately, a very pleasant woman asked how she could help us. She did a very competent job of handling our check-in and the video kiosk issues our room keys. It was disappointing as we missed the casual interaction that we usually enjoy regarding dining choices and other local attractions. It was totally lacking in hospitality.
Also, the room was kind of dingy. Some fresh paint would have helped.
The breakfast choices were extremely limited.
Also, the surrounding area was run down. Sadly, there was a homeless guy sleeping on the parking lot pavement.
