"Floor in room was pretty filthy. Assuming this was one of their "renovated" rooms, but the renovations were so poor that they were already failing. Was nice to have a fridge, bed was comfy, but was not clean."

"Kind of felt like pulling into a prison yard with the solid gate at the entry. We got an ADA room because we needed to check in early and it was the only one ready. There was no closet, or anywhere to hang clothes, no dresser to put clothes in, ice bucket but no cups provided, or complimentary coffee. No blow dryer for anyone who needs to dry their hair, so if you're someone who does that don't book here, or pack your own! Honestly, motel 6 is a better place than this, especially for the price and lack of ammenities."

"The hotel bar was great. Good vibes and a pretty atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The only caviat was the darkening curtains did not close all the way so we were blinded by the sun as soon as it rose. I was planning on sleeping in on my Mother’s Day away and that unfortunately didn’t happen so that was disappointing. "

"We had a quick one-night stay for an event and really enjoyed it! We stayed on the 12th floor with a view facing Kaiser and the train tracks, which made for a fun city view. The interior upgrades were beautiful and made the room feel fresh and modern. They also had a cute little event set up in the lobby with yummy snacks, which was such a nice touch. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back!"

"This place was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. It was filthy and smelled terrible. The walls were covered in dirt, shoeprints, handprints footprints and what looked like bodily fluids. The beds were dirty with a bunch of hair and crumbs on them. The refrigerator smelled like someone stored stool samples in it. The furniture all appeared to have “happy” stains all over them. It was so disgusting, I didn’t even stay through the night I decided I would rather drive back home then sleep in this dumpster. The AC did not work well and the front cover was missing. The bathroom door does not shut or lock it’s just a slider. There were no screens on the windows so people could easily just hop in if they wanted or reach in a grab your items. Everything was covered in dust. I went to the lobby to ask for another room but as I was standing there I looked around and the lobby was filthy with dirty walls and a huge sticky puddle of someone’s spilled drink that had dried. I would never recommend that anyone stay here. My friend who was there with me decided to stay for the night and he survived, so there’s that. The staff was also pretty awful when I walked in. I stepped in the lobby they let out a sigh and said yes… overall this was the worst experience I have ever had a hotel."
