Ocean front 4 Bedroom / 2 Bath cottage
This is a classic ocean-front Maine beach house. Fully featured with new kitchen, an open concept dining area, and living room with ocean views. There is also a first-floor full bath with large tiled shower and laundry. Upstairs you'll find 4 bedrooms all with AC and new queen mattresses. There is also a full bath with tub on the second floor. Enjoy panoramic ocean views of Saco Bay from your wrap-around covered porch. The front yard features a new outdoor dining set with 6 chairs, a fire pit with 8 chairs, and spectacular ocean views. There is also a back deck off of the kitchen with a propane gas BBQ grill.
