Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier!
Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

"I won't be back. This property is in desperate shape. Filth, old beds and mouldy grout are just a few of the things. The lobby, a hotel centerpiece has furniture that should be in a dumpster. Having stayed in the Chateau Nova before, this is nowhere close to that in any way."
