"The place was great but the toilet was very low. Was hard to get up off the toilet with bad knees. Also no grab bar in the shower. Nothing to hold on to getting out of the shower. The breakfast was ok but not alot of choices. No cereal or bagels."

"This hotel is older and could use some updating but the room is very clean and a good deal! We love that they have windows that open (hotels don’t have that these days) we slept so good with the fresh air!! A breakfast buffet was included so that was a nice surprise and the food was good!"

"Things were all older and dated, but everything was clean. Bedsheets were so old they were nubby. Bathroom was fine with very soft water. Included breakfast was marginal, with pop tarts and weak coffee. It was interesting having a busy bar in the midst of the building, adding character. It is also a gathering place for both Harley bikers and golfers for the adjacent course; quite a contrast. It's the only place around, so if we go to another concert in Mt.Carroll, we'll probably stay again."
