Atypical, very comfortable accommodation in the heart of a Gard hamlet

This cottage was renovated in 2013 with noble materials and old, largely found on site. He is very well equipped.

The living room is spacious (40 m²). It has a seating area with a sofa bed and a kitchen and dining area. The bedroom with double bed communicates directly with the bathroom with Italian shower. The small courtyard and its garden furniture will allow you to fully enjoy the clemency of the Gard climate. And during periods of heat wave, you will spend peaceful nights in the freshness of a naturally air-conditioned housing with its stone vaults.

Located in a quiet hamlet, close to La Roque sur Cèze and waterfalls Sautadet (5 km), this cottage will allow you to spend an exotic stay and visit the most beautiful sites in the region:

Gîte confortable, très bonne literie et surtout une magnifique terrasse bien située et ombragée ce qui la rend agréable même par tres fortes chaleurs. Un havre de paix pour se reposerTous petits bémols mais n’empêchant pas un bon séjour :- Eclairage tres confidentiel dans la salle de bain et chambre à coucher. - Quelques tous petits travaux d’entretien courants rehausseraient encore plus la prestation qui est deja de tres bon niveau (serrures et clés des tiroirs des meubles et commodes,…). Propriétaire agréable et discret. Un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendait.Emplacements idéal pour rayonner dans la région tout en profitant du calme de la campagne.

Entspannte Silversterreise

Wir sind wie immer der Silvesterböllerei in Deutschland entflohen und haben diese schöne Ferienwohnung bei Sandra und Laurent gefunden. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Betten sind bequem und ein grosses Bad ist direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer. Ein Holzofen sorgt für gemütliche Wärme. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, aber ein zentraler Ort für Ausflüge in die Region und die Wohnung ist auch ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Gassi-Runden mit dem Hund. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft

Cette appartement est très agréable. Aménagé avec goût. Notre hôte a eu de délicates attentions d'accueil, discret et très réactif en cas de besoin. petite attention, si vous venez avec un gros véhicule, il peut être préférable de se garer à l'exterieur de la propriété, l'accès étant un peu étroit. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour une pause paisible et ressourçante.
