"The Point is a quintessential Maine cottage. Complete with a charming sleeping porch! Quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need, and we enjoyed using the grill provided. Beautiful views, the perfect restful vacation spot we were looking for! Amanda and Thomas are great hosts, readily available but not intrusive at all. I couldn’t recommend more."

"Location was great. Lake was fairly quiet with not much boat traffic making it easy to kayak and paddleboard. Kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans, kitchen utensils, dishes, condiments. Master bed and bath seemed recently renovated. The camp in general needs a little work. Close to 3 golf courses and grocery store."

"Our 8 year old Grandson summed up our experience with “It just doesn’t get any better than this!” and we couldn’t agree more!! A beautiful spot to watch the sun rise and set over the lake. The Lake House itself is comfortable and has everything you need whether you are staying in for a meal, sampling the local dishes or toasting marshmallows over the fire pit for s’mores. Our host, Nick was very responsive to our questions and got back to us quickly. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend the Lake House on Crystal Lake!"

"The cottage was clean and offered towels and linens, which was important to me coming from out of state. It is right on the lake and I enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs and feeling the breeze and watching the boats. There is traffic noise from the road, but you get used to it and it dies down at night. I would rent this place again. Host as very helpful when I had questions."

"Very private location and the camp was stocked well. Located in a cove which was great for swimming. Enjoyed the kayaks and the loons. The stairs would be a challenge if alone and need to do several trips to unload and load. Host was very responsive!"

"The lake is beautiful, and we loved having the kayaks, floaties, dock, and beach. The house is basic but clean and has a beautiful view from the kitchen and living room. Peter was also quick to respond to any questions. We did have some maintenance issues and a couple of things were broken. We also had to clean the outside furniture ourselves as it was too dirty to use when we arrived. So just be ready for that :)"
