The accommodation is located on the first floor and features a cosy living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen and dining table. 2 of the bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and on the spacious roof terrace you can have breakfast amidst the magical mountain scenery. Parking is available at the property, and a cot and high chair are also available on request. Relaxation and comfort in the mountains! Are you a real winter sports lover? Then you've come to the right place. Just 100 metres from the chalet you will find a ski bus stop and from Saalbach several lifts leave for the slopes of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, which has over 270 kilometres of slopes. In summer, you will take the most beautiful walks through the centre of Saalbach, about 1.2 km from the chalet. Get your daily groceries at the supermarket 1 km away, but an evening out to dinner at one of the nearby restaurants (nearest at 400 m walk) is also a possibility Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. War alles wie beschrieben, nur Parkplatzsituation war mir bei der Buchung nicht ganz klar. Ist schon ein Stück zu laufen wenn man den zugewiesenen, externen Parkplatz nutzen muss. Küche war an sich gut ausgestattet, allerdings kein nudelsieb. Wenn die Wohnung voll ausgelastet ist dürften Teller Gläser etc. Zu wenig sein. Negativ ist aufgefallen, dass die Wohnung sehr warm war. Das war auch nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermietern nicht zu ändern, da dafür wohl die Warmwasserleitungen verantwortlich sind. Auch die fehlenden Vorhänge oder Türen an den Duschkabinen fanden wir nicht so gut gelöst. Wir haben die Tage genossen. ##### Markus K. Es ist eine schöne ... Wir waren in der 14-Bett-Wohnung in der mittleren Etage mit 6 Personen. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern und einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und 2 großen Balkonen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein großes Ecksofa und ein weiteres Sofa und einen großen Smart-TV (u.a. mit Shortcut zu Netflix). Die Küche bietet Platz für bis zu 10 Personen an einem großen Tisch. Die Küche verfügt über ein Induktionskochfeld, Geschirrspüler, 2 (Kombi-)Backöfen, Filterkaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank mit kleinem Gefrierfach. Teller, Besteck, Pfannen, Tassen und Gläser sind ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben einige alltägliche Dinge wie Wasserkocher, Schere, Flaschenöffner, Käsehobel, Untersetzer, Sparschäler usw. vermisst. Glücklicherweise hatten wir all diese Dinge in unserer Campingausrüstung, da wir zuvor 2 Wochen lang gezeltet hatten. Die Betten schlafen sehr gut und auch die Bäder sind sauber und die Duschen sehr angenehm. Wir fanden es sehr heiß, da die Heizungsrohre offenbar unter dem Boden verlaufen. Aber alle Heizkörper waren aus und der Boden glühte Tag und Nacht. Vom Balkon aus blickt man auf den Berg. Man hört die viel befahrene Straße nicht, wenn man Fenster und Türen schließt, und nachts ist es ruhig. Ca. 1 km entfernt ist der Supermarkt Billa, ca. 150 m zu Fuß entfernt ist der Parkplatz. Man darf also nicht am Chalet parken, also muss man damit rechnen, dass man (bei jedem Wetter) immer ein Stückchen laufen muss. Eine Jokerkarte (Ermäßigungskarte) gibt es in diesem Haus leider nicht, aber in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen und zu unternehmen. Wie die schöne Thun Klamm in Kaprun, der Wildpark Ferleiten, das Schwimmbad Käptn Hook in Saalbach oder der Baumzipfelweg vorbei an Hinterglemm. Liebhaber können auch die Sauna im Erdgeschoss genießen.
