The fantastic panorama of these fascinating mountain landscapes make our region a hot spot for winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds and active summer holidaymakers. Landhaus Simone is located in the heart of the Pinzgau mountains. The spacious flat house offers guests a perfect retreat to enjoy and relax. The 3 flats vary in size and each offer space for several people. Couples, familiesfriends are very welcome in our four Alpine-style apartments!The apartment Gipfelnest is located on the top floor and is 45 square metres in size and has enough space for up to 4 people. The name Gipfelnest is no coincidence - 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living area with a cosy dining area invite you to linger. Ich kehrte nach 28 Jahren zurück

Es ist ein Haus mit einer spektakulären Aussicht, etwas hoch gelegen, ja, aber man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Zentrum. Alles ist sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Kochen und Backen braucht. Die Hausverwaltung ist fast immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Joker Card, mit der man kostenlos mit der Standseilbahn fahren kann, ist ein großer Vorteil. Vielen Dank! Eine Mikrowelle, eine kleine Bratpfanne (es gibt nur eine große) und mindestens vier kleine Kaffeelöffel (es gab nur einen) wären notwendig. Etwas Salz und Zucker sollten in FeWo immer vorhanden sein. Ein spezieller Spiegel zum Schminken im Bad wäre ebenfalls benötigt. Haken zum Aufhängen von Mänteln werden in der Nähe des Eingangs oder an der Tür benötigt.

Zentral und trotzdem ruhig

Die Lage, fast zentral im Skigebiet, war super. Das Appartement für drei Personen völlig ausreichend. Sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche hat getropft und die Kaffeemaschine ist leider sehr klein.
