The hillside location offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape. The holiday complex consists of 3 detached chalets, which are connected to each other via a central staircase. The apartment is modernly furnished and has a cozy, large living room with a sofa bed, an open fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with an extra stackable bed), 2 spacious bathrooms and a washing machine. Two parking spaces are reserved for you in the garage. In the holiday complex there is a ski storage room with ski boot warmers (shared with other guests). The beginners' ski slope with a lift is just 300 meters from the holiday complex. The free ski bus also starts from there, so in just a few minutes you can be in the wonderful Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area with 270 kilometers of slopes and 70 modern cable cars and lifts . With the ALPIN CARD ticket network from Skicircus with the Schmittenhöhe ski areas in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun, just one ticket opens up a supra-regional winter paradise with 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts in 3 premium ski regions! Er zijn weinig toeristen, er is nog weinig open (vrijwel alle bergbanen en restaurants zijn gesloten), echt een tijd en een plek voor rustzoekers. Het appartement (wij hadden de ‘Top-1’) is fijn. Ruime keuken, inductie kookplaat, fijne koelkast en vriezer met 3 laden. Vloerverwarming in het hele appartement, per vertrek te regelen. Twee badkamers, waarvan één met ligbad, beide voorzien van douchecabine, toilet en wastafel. En een zeer ruim balkon op het zuidoosten, dus vanaf ‘s ochtends de zon, tot 15.00 uur. Veel verschillende wandelingen te maken, vanaf het appartement. De ‘Talschluss Höhenweg’ (ruim 10 km, 500 hoogtemeters, in 3,5 uur goed te doen) is een aanrader. Voorzieningen zijn er niet in Lengau, daarvoor moet je de auto in naar Hinterglemm (5 km), Saalbach (10 km) of Saalfelden (ruim 30 km). Bij aankomst even de beheerder bellen, dan krijg je de code van een sleutelkastje, en kun je het appartement in. ##### Joost B. Unterkunft schön gelegen ### 8/10 Good #### Marc P. 12 Aug 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location, listing accuracy #### Großzügige Ferienwohnung mit großer Terasse und Blick auf die Berge des Glemmtals Ich werde versuchen, unsere Erfahrungen möglichst objektiv mit einer Positiv- und einer Negativliste zusammenzufassen. positiv: + sehr herzlicher und offener Empfang durch Manfred Hirschbichler, dem Verantwortlichen für das Objekt - hier bleibt kein Wunsch offen: Ankunftsgeschenke in Form von gekühlten Getränken, Aufmerksamkeiten für die Kinder, Tipps für Ausflüge, sofortige Behebung von kleinen Mängeln ... ein rundherum tolles Team zusammen mit seiner Frau Heidi und Tochter - großes Lob! + die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich, in der Küche war alles an seinem Platz, Spülmaschinentabs, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee-Filtertüten...es fehlte nichts. Naja, vielleicht könnte man die Messer mal austauschen oder schärfen ... aber das nur am Rande. + super gut: die Garage (mit Platz für Auto inkl. Hänger oder Fahrräder etc.), zumal man für die ersten Ausflüge das Auto gar nicht benötigt, zu Fuß gelangt man zur ersten Alm in ca. 40 Minuten, den nahegelegenen Talschluss erkundet man ohnehin lieber mit Wanderstock und -Schuhen + wunderschöner Blick von der riesigen Terrasse auf die Berge und das Glemmtal, morgens wie abends; es gab sogar einen Gartenschlauch auf der Terrasse zum Abkühlen für die Kinder + absolute Ruhe im Haus, obwohl die Nachbarn bestimmt nicht extra leise waren ... man hört sie einfach nicht ... es gibt bestimmt noch einiges Gutes zu sagen, trotzdem komme ich jetzt zu ... negativ: - keine Waschmaschine! - weder in der Wohnung, noch irgendwo im Haus oder im Ort. Trotz der korrekten Objektbeschreibung im Internet ist diese Situation für 2 Wochen Aufenthalt mit Kindern völlig inakzeptabel. Man sollte bedenken, dass Wandern nicht nur schweißtreibend, sondern auch schmutzig werden kann, besonders auf den Weiden... es musste notdürftig die Handwäsche herhalten, eine sehr lästige Beschäftigung -> an den Vermieter: wenigstens eine Waschmaschine im Keller für alle Mieter sollte möglich sein (ungenutzte Anschlüsse gibt es ja sogar in den Wohnungen ...) - es gab Silberfischchen in allen (!) Räumen... offenbar ein bekanntes, weit verbreitetes aber eben unangenehmes Problem Soweit, so gut. Mehr Platz für Text bleibt nicht. Ab hier kann jeder selbst entscheiden. Auto ist jedoch für Fahrt zum Supermarkt erforderlich (oder man nimmt den Skibus). Ein Schrank im zweiten Schlafzimmer wäre von Vorteil oder aber besseres Licht im Flur, da der zweite (sehr große) Kleiderschrank im Flur-Eingangsbereich steht, man jedoch im Schrank aufgrund des schlechten Lichts nicht viel sehen konnte. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wer eine großzügige, gut und hochwertig ausgestattete Ferienwohnung sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Eigene Garage, beheizter Skikeller, alles da. Het weer werkte daa ... We hebben een schitterend verblijf gehad in Haus Mittelwald. Het weer werkte daar natuurlijk ook aan mee, de hele week zon gehad. Aan het huis is niets op te merken, helemaal compleet met zelfs een garage voor de auto. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen. Helaas is er in oktober weinig tot niets open. De liften zijn gesloten net zoals de meeste zomer attracties. Wil je ergens koffie drinken dan moet je echt de stad in om een bakkie te scoren. De natuur is natuurlijk altijd open en daar kun je hier zeker met volle teugen van genieten. In het huis is ook Nederlandse televisie en zeer goede Wifi, waarmee je de avonden ook goed kunt doorkomen. Kortom een hele goede bestemming om een keer heen te gaan.
