I only stayed the one evening but the location was perfect for the train station and for walking around the lovely town of Villach. The hotel had a relaxed feel to it and all the staff I encountered at reception at breakfast etc were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and clean. Coffee / tea making facilities were provided. The hotel
Also provided a laundry and an iron board if required. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options available. The only adverse comment I would make was when I asked if I could have an extended check out of 1 hour only I was going to be charged €15. I declined. I would definitely stay in the hotel again if visiting Villach. Thank you

Das Hotel ist direkt am Wörthersee mit Zugang zum baden. Der Unterhalt und Personaleinsatz ist sehr Kosten optimiert, so dass es auffällt. Es ist ein Gruppenhotel mit grossen Zimmern, teils mit Seesicht.

Velden sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar und ruhig gelegen.
Was ganz toll war, ist die Tiefgarage mit Zugang zu den Zimmern.
