"Gorgeous property, my family and I enjoyed our stay. We were in town for baseball nationals in late July and had never been to Indianapolis, so we were a bit nervous, not knowing much about the area. Our host, McKenzie, answered all my questions and made special exceptions for us when booking. I really appreciated that since my family is difficult to please. We were delighted to know the Grand Park baseball fields where we spent the better part of the week were only a quick 15-minute drive from the property. The area was stunning and very quiet, perfect for families with small children as they have everything you'd need, lots of toys, games, cribs, highchair etc. The house was very clean and nicely set up for our arrival. The master bedroom and bath, you can tell, are newly remodeled as well as the basement, which also has a small kitchen. The back deck is huge, and the view of the yard is stunning, we loved hearing the sounds of nature all around us while lounging out back. My son is a teenager and enjoyed playing basketball in the front yard in his downtime between baseball games.We travel quite a bit and always have our tiny yorkies with us, their safety is always a concern in a new unfamiliar environment; this house was perfect for them and put our minds at ease. McKenzie was extremely accommodating for our specific needs, and communication was immediate when we had a request or question. Overall this was a great find with a fantastic host, definitely recommended!"

"It is a wonderful neighborhood and it was a great place for us to lay our heads. However, there is no home feeling to it; all very cheap furniture. I had some issues at first with the check-in and when trying to call someone no answered; but then they immediately texted me…..and we’re not responding at all in a timely manner. The bathroom spot above the shower head is peeling off and there is water getting in. The outside patio was covered in bird poop because of the birds nests there. This property is listed as having access to a shared pool, However when asked about it they stated it was only for people staying longer than 28 days; again not advertised. We had access once I pointed this out and asked to speak to a manger. Although our stay was fine and it was a great area I would not stay here again. "
