    A very pleasant, family-friendly space located on the 1st floor with an unobstructed view of the golf course and Lake Bourgenay.

    Kitchenette open to the living room, with a refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster available; one bedroom with a 140-cm bed; a small bedroom with two bunk beds for children; two bathrooms with toilets, shower, and bathtub; a large terrace with a view of the golf course and the lake.
    Free access to the Pierre & Vacances pools, just a few minutes’ walk away, as well as the marina and the beach.

    If you’re looking for both peace and quiet and proximity to nature and the sea… you’ve come to the right place.

    Rental rates vary by season, starting at 350€/week.
    Off-season rate for 3 nights: 210€

    We’re here to answer any questions you may have, and we’d be delighted to welcome you for your holiday in the Vendée.
