This delightful 2 bedroom property nestled in a semi rural location between the nearby village of Seaview and town Ryde, offers the perfect base to explore the Island.



Seaview is a popular seaside village with a stone and sandy beach, several dining establishments including The Old Fort and The Boat House. A pleasant walk from Seaview along the coast leads to the Victorian town of Ryde, a bustling town with a wide range of shops, restaurants and good train, bus and ferry connections.



Accommodating up to 5 guests and 2 dogs in 2 comfortable bedrooms, the property is ideal for families and couples alike looking for a relaxing break in a quiet location that is a short drive away from the coast town and amenities.



The open plan living featuring a bespoke kitchen and a mezzanine with a snug makes it a sociable layout. 2 relaxing bedrooms in which to rest at the end of a busy day.



For larger groups of up to seven, this semi-detached property can be booked with the neighbouring property The Studio, offering the perfect accommodation solution for extended family or friends.

PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.



This property can accept a maximum of 2 pets. The charge is £35 per pet, per week and we kindly ask that you bring your own bedding for your pet. Please ensure that you correctly add your pet(s) when making your booking, so this additional cost is included. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.



There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
