Situated in the quaint coastal village of St Helens, just steps from the village green and sandy shores, this 3-bedroom retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and 2 dogs. The property features a lovely enclosed gravel and decked garden, the perfect sun trap for enjoying a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Upon entering through the front door, guests are greeted by the heart of the home - a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area. This light-contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a self-catering holiday by the sea including oven/hob, large fridge/freezer and microwave. An adjacent dining area seating 6 guests around the farmhouse-style table, provides ample space for families and friends to enjoy a delicious meal together, or for planning the day's adventures over a cup of coffee. The best days begin and end on the beach. And sometimes the beach ends up on you - the separate utility room with an adjoining shower room is a sandy saviour, for you and your 4-legged friends. Through the utility is the ground floor king bedroom, with patio doors that open up onto the decked garden area. To the right of the front door is the cosy sitting room; lovingly decorated and perfect for a place to relax after a busy day exploring the island! Upstairs, the property has 2 bedrooms, the master king-bedroom and a twin room, both offering a comfortable and tranquil place to rest.
