This old farmhouse from 1824, typically Auvergne with an area of 250m 2 is located in the heart of the Margeride forest at an altitude of 928m in a peaceful hamlet in the commune of Ruynes en Margeride.
In a green setting, a flowered enclosed plot of 3500m2, surrounded by pastures, not overlooked, with a private parking for 4 vehicles, as well as the possibility of parking your motorcycles and bicycles in a garage.
18 months of renovation have allowed us to preserve the authenticity of this house, beams, wooden floors, Auvergne stone sink wall, traditional furniture, decorations of old objects that highlight our fauna, flora, our activities and our cultures, an Auvergne simplicity and authenticity emanates from the place.
You can enjoy a terrace with pergola, a petanque court, a ping pong table, garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs and armchairs as well as outdoor games (petanque ball /molky ect)

The village of Ruynes en Margeride is located 2.5 kms (3min) away, you will find bakery, pharmacy, tobacco bar, restaurant, supermarket with local products, petrol and washing station, garage, hairdresser, tennis court, post office with ATM, tourist office, medical house and 1 municipal swimming pool (open only July/August).
Saint flour is 14 kms (15min) away where you will find several shopping areas with hypermarkets, an aqualudic centre, many restaurants and shops, a hospital, a bowling alley, a laser game and escape game.
Le Margeride is located 8km (8min) from the A75 motorway, 113km (1h15) from Clermont Ferrand and 237km (2h30) from Montpellier.
