Rutherford Crossing

Property was well located and our room was pretty large. The beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and sent extra towels up quickly when we asked. The only complaint was the air conditioning. The hallways were beautifully cool and a guest from a neighboring room said their ac was fine. Unfortunately ours was between 77 and 79 degrees the whole visit. We tried everything to reset it but it didn’t work and sometimes showed ERR Worst thing was that we told the desk multiple times and days and they apologized and said someone would come to look at it but no one ever came. I’d suggest you bring a fan with you as you may need it.

What a wonderful stay. The staff were amazing and the facility such a nice atmosphere. The only complaint was breakfast. They were out of many items but didn’t reduce the price or yogurt and berries with no berries.
