The house is split level with the entrance at the top floor—two bedrooms and a full bath along with kitchen and living room upstairs; two bedrooms, full bath, and large den/TV area downstairs. Laundry facilities and a great outdoor deck! The house was wonderfully clean on arrival and has anll the features that I think make an extra great host— ample pillows, lots of ambient lighting (bedside lamps!!), extra blankets, games and puzzles, beach towels and toys, and cooking supplies. Thanks to rainy weather, we spent quality time in the house. Rick and Lin had it stocked with everything anyone could possibly need. There is so much space to relax in; we loved the family room; our family of four could spread out & there was room for more people! The home was decorated so nicely and the flow of the house was well thought out. We had 2 families (8 people) staying. Rick provided us with all our desired amenities plus quiet and comfort after long days in Cavendish doing kids activities. We would absolutely stay again. Our one wish would be to have an earlier check in time given check out is at 10am. Rick was polite and responsive and we would 100% recommend his home. Thank you! ##### Amy E. C'était vraiment fantastique, la maison était très propre et L'Ile-du-Prince Edouard est magnifique en plus il faisait une très confortable pour aller à la plage. Nous avons passé un super séjour! Les maisons est bien située, près des plages et des attractions. Les chambres sont assez grandes et la literie et les serviettes sont confortables et de qualité. Rick a été proactif et rapide à répondre à nos questions et demandes. Le processus de réservation et d’arrivée sans clé se sont bien déroulés.
