This north brow home with stunning views of the Arkansas River and valleys below can be yours for a week or weekend. It's a one-of-a kind home featuring vaulted ceilings and 2 separate living areas with the Sun Porch being temperature controlled, feels like being outside from the comfort of home. Enjoy relaxing scenes of the sunrise and wildlife from your 1000 foot view no matter the season or weather. Located on 1 1/2 acres and only minutes from Arkansas's premier Petit Jean State Park, the Museum of Automobiles, the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute, waterfalls and an airport. Relax in the Jacuzzi bath for two while gazing at the spectacular view from the master bath.

    The house sleeps 8 comfortably and has everything you need. Master bedroom has 1 King bed with a whirlpool bathtub in the master bath; 2 bedrooms with Queen sized beds; 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the sun room. Kiddo's like to sleep on the chaise lounge or the sofa's, extra bedding for them to use!

    Rental also includes microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, Jen -Air Range and plenty of pots, pans and cookware for preparing your favorite meals at home.
