(44 reviews) Staff were friendly and helpful - spoke Japanese to them and they replied in Japanese (unlike others who want to try practicing their English with foreigners). Within walking distance to Dōtonbori and Amemura, but itself situated on a quieter road. Easy to get to train stations nearby. Bed had a comfy mattress. Free refills of tea and coffee left in our room every day. The room itself was a bit cramped though, with no space under the bed to store luggage. (104 reviews) Large hotel room. Clean. Lots of room. Great shower. You can hear people walking around in the room above. The floor was paper thin and you could hear every step. Had to re-wash clothing after using the washing machine. It left everything very musty smelling, could use a cleaning cycle. The location was 15-20 minutes walk to train station, shopping, tourist stuff.
