"The parking rules should be states before renting this unit. You are allowed 1 car but can reserve the house up to 10 people. Normally cars do not carry 10 people. Therefore common sense would dictate we may have more than one vehicle. I was told there would be parking outside and there was not. We parked about a mile away from the house and had to walk back.I was not given the code to the door or instructions on time. The beds are harder than the pavement outside. We weren't sent check in information on time and had to call to receive it. When we got there, the hear wasn't working and it was 60 degrees in the house. It took hours to get a response from the manager and another few hours for the house to get heated. We had also requested a late checkout the same week as we booked the house...
